The photo here that’s me and The Pink Girls during the “King Spring” action (Ride in Pink Cabriole around the Warsaw streets the opening day of PND! Expo in CCA Ujazdowski Castle (7/04/2006). The character of King Spring is a reference to Lucifer described as such (King of seed and fertility) by Coster’s in his “Till Eulenspiegel”, the suit (based on traditional Mexican zarape) was one of my projects for PND! - we designed it together with Carla Fernandez (Taller Flora) - a very talented Mexican fashion designer. The Girls are voluntaries from Mango Models they acted also during the opening as Live Pink Art. All the clothes are from my personal collection except the wool suit on Ewa (left) - that one was elaborated by Genoveva Alvarez specially for PND!. This picture is taken by Rafal Nowak by the Warsaw’s stalinist “Palace of Culture and Science” - you can’t see much of it here but once you are in Warsaw you can’t avoid it.
